TWO ENGAGEMENT MODELS
The final personalized agreement will include the selected service, tier, deliverables, exclusions, price, timeline, and authorized client signer.
For a defined delivery such as a website, mobile app, e-commerce build, account setup, platform integration, or cloud implementation.
For recurring AI, phone, support, automation, marketing, cloud, monitoring, or platform-management services.

A business client may email a cancellation request to support@rankcore.ai by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the seventh business day after both parties sign.
The final contract asks the client either to wait until that period ends or expressly request an immediate start. If work starts early, documented earned work and approved non-cancellable costs may be deducted.
After the initial window, cancellation requires thirty calendar days' written notice. Monthly fees, approved usage, and services continue through the effective termination date.
RankCore retains earned fees and approved non-cancellable costs. Any prepaid unearned amount is returned after applying amounts properly due; it is not automatically forfeited.
